Myar, I just wanted to check -in and see how your rental situation turned out? If you're still interested in marketing your home as a rental (possibly even rental with the option to buy), let me know! I'd be glad to find current information about the rental price range for Bridgewater. There are many first time homebuyers that are still on the fence as to whether they want to buy right now, so the "rent with the option to buy" offer sometimes is very appealing to them. I'm available for any real estate questions, so please don't hesitate to contact me!

Hi Myar, I am a local agent servicing Somerset County. Rentals are moving very well. The market hesitancy has bolstered the rental market as potential buyers take a wait and see attitude and opt of a rental rather than a purchase. Also, as your last responder noted and you likely know well, we are in a hub of corporate activity, and your renter may very well come from that pool. I can help you in setting a rental price and listing your home for rent. I do recommend that you engage a full time licensed agent to assist you. I've included my website below.

Myar the possibilities for a a long term rental in the Bridgewater area should be very good. With the proximity to Interstates 78 & 287, Bridgewater is very accessible to prime corporate locations. International companies have a need to bring in employees from abroad regulary andthere are a bunch in your immediate area. Keep inmind these people are looking for a fully furnished home to occupy.

In a recently asked question regarding the same rental area there were 22 rentals ranging in price from $1000 to $4000. You can ask a local realtor in the area what would be a typical rent be for your type of home and you can also look on Craig's list. Good luck.
