E Hong, most of the agents who respond to your question are very, very good agents in the area. You should conduct a phone call with your new agent first to see if you can communicate well with your new agent. Secondly, if you do feel comfortable speaking with your new agent set an appointment up with them to view your property and recieve a market analysis of your home. This will give you and your agent an opportunity to communicate as well as to decide what to list your home for. If you are in the market to purchase a home. You must also feel comfortable with the agent representing you. Any of these agents are well qualified and are very internet educated in the sale or purchase of properties. I'll tell you like it is. I'm not going to sugar coat things and tell you all is lovely when it's not. I'll tell you what you need to do to your home to get it sold for more money or in a shorter time period (which can equate to more money (stops your mortgage payments sooner), or what things are going to be a stumbling block that we are just going to have to stumble through (nasty location, etc) and we'll have to price accordingly.
