I am looking for a real estate agent who has a strong internet-based marketing campaign.
Does anyone know an agent or used an agent who they'd recommend? I am selling in Southwest Allen County. If you can point me to their personal website that would be great. Thanks!

Though I am a Realtor in Indianpolis I have access to a data base that will pull the top real estate company in that area and search through their sales to find their top agents. This is a lot better than picking an agent over the internet who has a "pretty" web site but you dont know about their sales background. I will research and find the agent who has a strong internet based marketing campaign and then send you their name and number. NO COST TO YOU. The top agents utilized the internet to its capablity. I can find you the top sales agent in that town. Just give me a call at 317-814-5273.

Brad,
Why don't you do some google searches for Realtor's in the area you are looking in. That should pull up those websites. You can take a good look at the sites and decide for yourself who to interview for the position of selling your home. Point blank ask them what their marketing campaign for selling your home is. If you like I can give you a referral to a top agent in your area through the Realogy network. You can see all our brands and network. Only the top trained and certified agents can take referrals. So if you need one to add to your list of possibles just drop me a line. Larry Story Coldwell Banker Triad Thu Apr 17 2008, 12:38 Web Reference: http://realogy.com/

Just know that most of the time the buyer first sees your home with a Realtor, so although Internet marketing is important, I would say on a scale of 1-10 it is a 7. There are a few things much more important that you should be looking for and asking about. Thu Apr 17 2008, 12:27 Web Reference: http://www.lacrescentavalleyhomes.com
