Okay, so you must be frustrated by now. I understand. Although you cannot post your home for sale on Trulia yourself, you can use a multitude of other FREE and easy posting tools to get as much exposure as possible. If you are serious about selling your home FAST, I can show you the exact odds of it selling in 30,60, or 90 days with no obligation. Let me show you how you can keep more profits in your pocket and still use a Realtor to help market your home.

Hi Paul,

I have to agree with the comment below, I don't think you can post a For Sale by Owner at Trulia. If you need some info on getting your home ready for market, then I'd be happy to provide it to you. Since I respect the fact that you are selling your home yourself, I promise that I will NEVER ask you for the listing on your home. However, IF you purchase a home after selling this one in which a commission will be paid, I would like to earn the right to represent you on that sale.

Take care,

I can certainly help you sell your home quickly. In this market, I would highly recommend using a Realtor to assist you since we are seeing a lot of multiple offer situations and they can be very tricky to navigate. If you choose to sell on your own, I understand, but either way I can help you find your next home as well Free of charge. For buyers, its best to be represented (again) for the multiple-offer situations. Let me know if my team can be of any assistance or if you like a free Market Analysis for you home.

Try all you want. You can't do it here on Trulia.

I don't know what's so difficult to understand about that.
