It is 1 parcel. I'm hoping to find out how to go about selling it, and how to determine the asking price.
Dawn: Thank you for your question! Lots in Citrus Springs are selling and I suggest that you contact a Realtor (me) in Citrus County to furnish you current information on these sales to determine if it would be to your benefit and if so, then list the lot.
Good luck,
Dawn,
In the current market building has slowed drastically. This is affecting the sale of vacant land and will continue to until this "correction" has passed.
Many lots in our area have all ready come down in asking price up to 50%. And there are still no buyers..........
Our advice is, unless you are desperate to sell, you might want to consider sitting on the property a while longer.
Good luck,
The "Ecler Team"
