I have lived in Aberdeen/Matawan area for 10 years and know the area well.
I recommend that you interview a few agents before making your final decision on which you hire.
Because of the way you positioned your question, you seem unsure if you are indeed going to sell your home.
Are you unsure of the market?
Are there financial reasons for your thoughts on sellng your home?
In any case, during your interview process, be upfront with your listing agent. He/She should be knowledgeable about your concerns and needs.
