semi-detached home on 66th street between Bay Pkwy and 21st Ave, with 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, LR, DR, den, not eat-in kitchen, a deck and a basement. The house needs work and most likely will be an as is sale. Just a ball park figure or your opinion would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks to both of you. Yes it is a single family house, on a 25 x 100 lot. It has a garage and a driveway (no cut out in the front) . The front still has a nice garden. Thanks for your input. Based on what you gave me, I am assuming since it needs a lot of work it would still sell in the mid-500's. Thats all the ammunition I need to talk to them. Been trying to get them to move out by me and at least I can tell them I have two realtors to give them a better idea of the house value (if they agree to at least think about it).

Only one home has sold on your parents block over the past year and a half. The address is 2152 66th Street and it sold on 3/24/08 for $690,000 (this property was on a 24' by 100' lot with a building size of 20'by 36'). Your question is hard to answer without knowing the lot and building size, also, is this a one family home and does it have parking?
An average one family home in the area can sell for $580,000 to $600,000 right now as there is strong demand in the area and a very diverse buyer pool. If the house as you said needs work, it could be less. I should know as my office is located nearby and I sell lots of homes in the area.
