Hi,
I am considering selling my investment property at 718 Vale Crt., Rock Hill, SC 29730. The current lease will expire in about 5 months. Obviously, no one knows what the market will be like in 5 months time, but can someone familiar with this area pull some comps or CMA for me? I am not working with an agent right now, but will need one when I sell. Thanks.
