Hello. Since their dollar is worth more than ours I think that is a great step in the right direction. I would suggest you choose a company that is international. I work for coldwell banker and all of our offices advertise over there. It comes within our program and plan of action. We also gaurantee your satisfaction. Now if you are thinking that you want to advertise in their local papers that will be more of a challange for you. I do not know of a company that has properties in the United States, and advertises them in England's & Germany's local papers. I am in Orlando, Florida and we naturally get buyers from the areas like the U.K., England & Germany because we are so close to Disney World. If this is something that you are considering, I would begin working on it soon, because the summer is the best time to reach buyers like this. Please call your local coldwell banker real estate office for more information.

Bill,
There are a few free websites you can advertise on in the U.K. as a homeowner.
I am not sure about Germany.

Hello Bill

Not wanting to indulge purely in self-promotion, but our company specializes in overseas property sales.

We are based in the UK with partners in Russian and the US. We market a range of properties in around 12 different countries, but Florida is one of our main destinations. I personally started in Florida real estate in 1970 and have lived and worked in 5 countries on 3 continents.

Interestingly enough, it is not purely the Brits who are buying US real estate from amongst the Europeans at the moment. With the Euro so strong against the US Dollar, the Spanish, Germans and Dutch are also waking up to values obtainable in Florida.

Have a look at our websites; http://www.life-intl.com which is our master site, and http://www.orlandorealestate-li.com which focuses on the Orlando area.

Hope that helps.

Bill,
I would contact an agent that is a member of FIABCI, they are in 60 countries and 6 continents, it is a global real estate network . Ony 10% off the agents in FIABCI are located in the U.S. so you will get good exposure in the overseas market. I attended a luncheon this past week where the president of FIABCI was the guest speaker, her name is Dagmar Sands and she is located in Atlanta, GA USA. You can reach her at 770-476-1335 or Dagmar@DagmarSands.com and please tell her I sent you.

Hi
Are you advertising to sell your Florida home to the UK or German people or are you wanting to rent it out. Or have you got a house in Germany and the UK to sell.
if you want to rent can I suggest http://www.holiday-rentals.co.uk. If you want to sell your house in the USA, people like me use trullia or realtor.com or yahoo have a site too.
If you are selling a house in the UK try and look for an agent on http://www.your-move.co.uk.
Hope that helps
Di
