I am a REALTOR with Keller Williams/Atlanta Partners. One of my listings on your webiste shows the public
record of prior sales and one does not. Why is that?

It's likely that one of the listings has good data and the other one does not. Trulia gets different feeds from different places to put on their site. Look at the data on the two listings, chances are there are some differences there as well. Could be as simple as an address being spelled differently in the tax records vs what you listed.
