I HAVE TWO IMMEDIATE BUYERS IN NORTHBORO, MA
Hi! I am a broker here in Northborough and I have TWO different families looking for homes in two different price ranges in Northborough. 1.) The first family can go up to $350,000 and prefers the Peaslee School District. Their only other requirement is that it is NOT on a main road. 2.) The second family can go up to $550,000. They prefer a Colonial or oversized Cape with a minimum of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It must not be on a main road and preferably in the Lincoln Street School District.....Both families have visited all of the inventory that meets their criteria as of May 3rd. If you know of anything coming on...or are thinking of selling yourself...I have immediate buyers! Thank you.

Hi Judy,
We live on Brigham street and are in the Peaslee district. Not sure if they consider Brigham a main street, but we are in their price range.
