I am a broker and am looking for a house in Sudbury for a client of mine. They are ready to buy, but can't seem to act fast enough! Their criteria is: It MUST be in Sudbury and in move-in condition... Cape or Colonial Style, a minimum of 1900 square feet, 3 or more bedrooms, 2 or more bathrooms, garage preferred but not essential. They can go up to $600,000. If you are a broker and you have something coming on, please notify me immediately. If you own a home and are thinking of selling, you just might have an immediate buyer.
