The reason I ask that is due to your other question about getting the word out about your listing. If you are not paying the listing agent enough to motivate him to do anything other than posting it on MLS (which is what a flat fee listing is all about), then I would guess that the buyer's agent gets shorted too, for the same or even more work... since the listing agent does no work.
So what is the payout to the buyer's agent in this 'flat fee' arrangement? Just curious.
