How will the selling price change?
I will be selling my home very soon. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath with 33.34 acres of land. How will the asking price change if I only sell the home and 3.34 acres of land and keep the other 30 acres of land?

I suggest that you get an appraisal on the property, both with the 30 extra acres and without. It will indicated the reduced value based on your holding on to the property.
