How to input waterfront properties?

Asked by Kay Stevens, Saint Pete Beach, FL Sat May 11, 2013

I am an agent with a listing that's a home on a river. It is waterfront, water view and has water access with a dock. How can I get this listing to show up when I search using the criteria "water" or "waterfront". It comes up if my criteria says "river" but many search only for water or waterfront.

really? you are an agent and you turn to Trulia for a broker-loading problem? why wouldn't you ask your broker or a fellow agent in office, instead you out yourself on Trulia SMH while laughing

Put it in under lot description in the MLS maybe views and waterfront are an option and also put it in your remarks
