How to help someone who is from other state?,
needs to sell his property in other state, yet do not want to have an agent listed there, because of a divorce situation? want to help him but can not find a good solution?

You should know that the only way they will get top dollar if they sell is to use a Realtor. Particularly in a divorce. They don't need to put a sign up, have offers to be made subject to inspection, do one broker open, it can be relatively painless.
The professional would help them sell the home based on the family's time table.
FIRST ANSWER
Have you considered selling FSBO.
It would not be advisable considering practicing real estate in a state where you are not licensed.
