How much is almost 2 acres with 5 improved places for trailers, There are already trailers, but you might?

want to just use them for repose and make it a better park.We want to sell the property with 4 to 5 trailer hook ups including water,electric,sewage,and cable,fully set up

If these are in your zip code that is great. In other words - are the hook ups far enough apart for manufactured homes, or will they only accomadate trailers. If you do hace sewage that is great as well .
But the area will have a lot to do with it. Location, location , location. . and there are three of them when you price this one.

If you send me more info I will be happy to reply. A drive by should be done for a good answer that that is not difficult.

It depends. That's really a question we need to get a local Realtor to look at. Likely there is no value with the trailers and in fact the land might be more valuable with the trailers removed, unless they can generate income. Are the rented currently? If they are then it should be a function of the rent, unless there is some other value in the land such as it is on the corner of a busy intersection that perhaps could be improved. It's just too hard to put a value on it without seeing it and the future possibilities. If you need a referral to a local agent please let me know.

FIRST ANSWER
You really do need to have someone come out and look at your property. I don't know if there are any Montgomery County Realtors on Trulia. If so, one may chime in soon.

If you don't have any local Realtors respond here, I suggest you Google your local and surrounding towns for Realtors and invite a few to tour your property and provide you pricing opinions and markeitng proposals.
