How much does it cost me to sell my home with a Real Estate Pro?
It's all up to the Seller. I am totally flexible on commission structure. The key here is to find a structure that works for everyone without jeopardizing the selling incentive of the home! There are a lot of options available to the seller that most sales people are very tight-lipped about.

Commission structures can be confusing for most people. Search through Google or Yahoo for lower cost commission realtors and compare what they offer.
