I would have to check with the town hall statistics dept for the number of single family homes. I do know, that there are currently 118 homes actively for sale. This does not include the Bantam market. The market is flooded with available homes in the Litchfield county area in general. Litchfield homes range in price from 89k-3.4mill. Nine under 200k, twenty-five between 200-300k, sixteen btwn 300-400k, thirty btwn 400-600k. the rest are in the higher bracket of fine homes.
