Hi Tina, If your home is priced right you should not have to worry to much about how long it is on the market. If you are thinking of selling you can check sold homes on certain websites feel free to go to mine and search at the bottom of the home page.
You also want to make your home the most desirable in order to get it sold in todays market.
Good Luck!
Tina, the average days on market stats are accurate, but can be misleading. There were 19 closed sales, so only 1 or 2 of them can throw the numbers off. But as you can see the houses are selling for about 8% less than last year. The bottom line is that a correctly priced home, with proper marketing will sell faster than one that isn't. Price is the biggest factor in my opinion.
Hi Tina,
According to MLS statistics, sold listings in Circle Pines average 172 days on the market since the beginning of this year. This includes all single family, townhome and condos. The Minneapolis Association of Realtors also comes out with great information that is updated monthly. Here is the link for Circle Pines:

Hope this helps you out!
Tina......here's an excellent resource for you!

It'll give you quite a bit of Circle Pines data on real estate sales.
Thanks, Todd
The average days on market so far in 2008 is 186, put it is all about proper staging, marketing and price. Do these things right and there's no reason it should take longer than 60-90 days to sell.
