How is the market in Hayes, VA?
We need to relocate to Richmond in about a year. We had two realtors look at our house. One wanted to put it on the market for 239,900, the other 272,500. I couldn't believe the huge discrepancy! We live 5 miles over the bridge, are right off 17. We live in a 3 BR, 2 BA rancher w/ an open floor plan. It is 1700 sq ft. We live on a 1/2 acre w/ a privacy fence in the back.
