If it is a horizontal regime put it to a vote and un-condo it, then it doesn’t matter, or here is where you can look it up:

If your building isn't then work with your association to get your building FHA approved.

The easiest way for buyers to determine this is by checking with their lender / mortgage broker who normally have access to databases that identify FHA approved condos. They could also check with the condo association manager. Further if they have the condo id and other details about the condominium association they could use the HUD website.

Don't believe anything anyone says - the only thing you can trust is the link Jim Simms posted, which is the one and only database of FHA condominium applications, approvals, and denials.

Check on http://www.hud.gov. Sometimes the listing agent or property manager may know, but like everything else in life-it is good to get your own answers.

Check if there were any other FHA mortgages recently closed in the building, if it has then it is approved. or else the buyers lenders can get an approval from FHA

Simply call the listing agent and ask. The seller would defiantly know.
