How does one determine if their Condo is FHA approved?

A potential buyer asked if my condo was FHA approved. How do I find this out?

It's very simple to find out, either your building is or is not, ask the property manager, or board president. In Illinois like other folks have said you can apply for your building to become an FHA building. It is defiantly a good thing to be an FHA building. And, yes a real estate broker can help guid you.

Search online there are a few websites you can use or reach out to a mortgage lender they can look up properties as well.

Contact your association, It has a lot to do with rental ratio and if the association filed the paperwork.

Just ask the condo HOA or management firm. FHA has a list on their web site, but it is frequently out of date

First step : you need to make a call to the home owner association of you complex and they will tell you if you complex is FHA approved is their job .
