If you are a for sale by owner the post is not allowed, you can however try blogging about the property; if and when you do list with an agent, he/she can post it for you, ask; or consider any flat fee realty company that feeds into the site; if not, why would you like them posted online for all to see....

I assume you're trying to sell the home yourself? If so, you can't post the home for sale on Trulia. Trulia is only for licensed brokers to post properties.

Unless you are a licensed agent or broker. you can not. Your listing agent can though.,

You probably do not as this website does not list FSBO properties.

Your path to success if via your listing agent.
Your REALTOR has the resources and access to get your homes informaton to appear on Trulia.
Trulia prefers homes appearing on this site be submitted through real estate brokers.
DIY, FSBO and other unrepresented methods, do not have access. This maintains slightly more data integrity on the website.

Best of success,

I had no idea that people would "fake" photos of their residence! Seems counter-productive. Of course in the RE business, a lot of things sound the same way! Thanks!
