As you know, the neighborhood is a beautiful one with wonderful mature landscaping and a fantastic location that would really work well for them.

I can understand your thoughts in that it may be overwhelming in getting a home on the market. It's a bit of a puzzle till you put all the pieces together and a plan is formed to get it marketed.

In fact, now it's all about the marketing! I suggest that you "Google" the name of any agent you are thinking of hiring to market your home. That will show if they have powerful Internet connections of ways to bring in buyers. We all have buyers that are looking for homes and your area is a plus. Till you are ready to list, do a one time showing of your home for any agent that wants to bring a buyer.

Working with an agent or broker is something you need to research and find someone that fits your personality and style. Interview the ones you feel are promising and see how they will market your home to get the most money and in your time frame.
