Get yourself a Realtor in Breaux Bridge who can best sell your home. Also make sure that Realtor understands what is selling in the area and for how much...and most importantly who can finance your home...age with a manufactured home is a MAJOR deal.

Our advice is to initially focus on the home's "curb appeal." If people like what they see from their car they will pursue their interests. Be sure paint is fresh, yard is mowed and trimmed, the home is enhanced by fresh blooming plants & flowers, extraneous items have been removed, driveway freshly painted or sealed, it has a welcoming feeling, etc. etc.
