Im glad your here! As a Realtor of course I am gonna recommend using a local Realtor in your area, If you do not have one perhaps someone through my RE/MAX network would work hard for you. Lemme know if your interested.

Because you are here, I can tell you are a sharp person and that you are looking to market your house the best of your ability. So I will give you a couple ideas for print and online marketing and wish the best.

Print Ads- some say print is dead, I disagree, especially selling as a FSBO. you will need to run some ads and paying for the bold print is worth it. Find out when a local real estate agent is doing a open house blitz and advertise next to them!

Craigslist- everyone is on craigslist, they might be out to nickel and dime and they all might not be qualified buyers like the buyers' that Realtors work with, but hey even my grandmother checks craigslist atleast twice a day. The idea is get the exposure.

Postlets.com- wanna put together a professional looking online advertisement for free! this is your site I would suggest submitting your craigslist ad through postlets. It will add a nice touch. through postlets you can also submit to facebook, twitter, myspace etc..

I know a two word answer like "you can't!" would have been easier but I think we all have the right to try and sell our property on our own. I hope my advice comes in handy,.

If you do need help finding a Real Estate agent out your way let me know, I can use my connections to find someone who will work hard for you.

Best Wishes,

Chris,

Listing your home with a real estate professional that posts their listings on the MLS will result in your home finding its way onto Trulia.

Trulia only accepts listings that are represented by a broker/agent. If you have an agent, have the agent do it. As an owner, you may create an ad in the blog section, and even upload photos and post links.

Whether you are represented by an agent or not, the blog attached to the link below may be of some interest to you. While it is directed to FSBOs, even if you are represented, there are even some ideas in it that you could possibly use to augment your agent's marketing plan. Please if represented, always keep your agent abreast of anything you do on your own, and use your agent for the contact person. Good luck.
