How do I reduce a price of my listing.?

Well Rob,... the first thing to do would be to explain to your seller the concepts of Market and Demand, why the listing is not selling and what price the property should be listed at in order to generate offers.
The second would be to go into the MLS and make a price change to the listing under Add/Edit
