If you contact a realtor in your area (Lebanon County) they can go over all the details with you. You want a market analysis done so that your home is priced correctly and how it is going to be marketed. You also want to have the details set for how showings are to be handled.

I would ask around your friends, family and colleagues for a referral for a realtor professional in your area. Or you can search online at Google. Just type in your city and neighborhood and add on "real estate". You will quickly see who the realtors are that sell the most properties in your area, read and do a little research and then contact one or two. In this market, it is best to have a professional realtor who specialized in internet marketing and have your property marketed pretty much everywhere !

Craig,

You may create an ad and place it in the blog section even if you do not have an agent. You can even upload photos. If you are doing a FSBO, you may find the blog attached to the link below of some value.
