The two main factors you should be concentrating on are price and visibility.

Since the price is one(if not the main) of the top considerations when buying, sellers need to price their homes as a true reflection of the current local real estate market.....not the price they want or need to get.

Visibility- its long been known that you can sell anything if it's priced right. It's important for sellers to find ways for their property to be seen in a positive light....marketing plan, internet presence, advertising, open houses, caravans etc are all about visibility.

Two months.....no showings......lower the price!!!!!
