If you are selling your property BY Owner i.e a FSBO, you cannot list it on Trulia, sorry. Here at Trulia
only a Listing AGent/Brokerage can list a property, i.e. their listing here. If you want your property to be
listed on Trulia, and many other sites, you will need to consider to list your home with a local Real Estate Brokerage/Listing agent. If you need a referral let us know.

Hope this helps...

It will go on Trulia via your realtor if they belong to a Multiple Listing Service that participates. I believe!!

Lisa-
You have to list it with a broker to add it to Trulia.

I do have it listed with a broker but it's not getting picked up by Trulia? Anything we can do?

It's very simple. Your listing agent would post your listing on the local MLS and it'll show up on Trulia, in 7-10 days. You don't have to do anything.
