Invite your agent to ActiveRain.com They will then have the option to create a user account and add their listings to the site. It will also allow them to link this site with their personal real estate site so that they may offer further information to consumers who might view your home. This is really a great site to have your home featured on. It also takes top rank on the search engines... Especially if someone "Googles" your address! Try it out!

If your agent does not have an automatic feed to this site, they can enter the data and photos of your home manually. It is a little time consuming at first but can be done easily enough. Zillow.com and Craigs list is also a good source for additional market coverage and your agent can add data there manually as well.
