How do I get comp prices or locate investors for a 3 bd 2 bth home in the 2600 block of Nth 9th st in Philly?

Also, one way to locate some active investors in your area is to attend one of the REI clubs in your area.

To get comps for your home, the best idea is to talk to a REALTOR. Many REALTORS also have a buyers list that will include many investors.

Call me i will come out and look at your property if someone gives you a price without looking at the condition of your home it wont be an accurate report I will come out and give you the comps this service is free and will help you in the sale of your home if sell your house forsale by owner or sign with other agent

Hi, Teisha.

That's a great question you posed. Your best bet is to work with a licensed real estate agent who can help you get the answers you need. Step 1 would be to find an agent that you think would work well with your needs/wants; this can be done by speaking to a few different agents. Step 2 would be to have that agent run a comparable search around your property to understand what properties are listed at, and what properties have sold for in the last 6 months.

These 2 steps will greatly increase your knowledge of the area in question and could provide you with a real estate connection for years to come. If you need help, please let me know.
