How do I find the square footage of my apartment without measuring, is there records for that like there is for houses?

If you are trying to determine fair market rents in the Chino and Chino Hills area, you can get a good idea by looking at what other landlords are asking by visiting:

Hi dquisenberry,
Your local town clerk, building permit department, or tax assessor may have the square footage on file for your apartment. Or your landlord may have records on the layout of the structure. I suggest that you inquire first with your landlord.

Best wishes!
