Ben....
You would want to check with a local Realtor to pull the information for you. Good luck. Wed May 14 2008, 21:21

Ben,
Once a deal has gone to closing, most Realtors will enter the final sales price in the MLS. Checking the Naples MLS for recent closings, I found two in Lausanne in April, as follows: 3215 GULF SHORE BLVD N, #511N in Lausanne - closed on April 30 for $675,000. The asking price prior to the contract was $799,000. 3215 GULF SHORE BLVD N, #502N in Lausanne - closed on April 10 for $880,000. The asking price prior to the contract was $939,000. Also, there are currently 13 listings in Lausanne, ranging in asking price from $669,900 to $2,100,000, including yours. ;-) I'm surprised you didn't ask your Realtor this question. - Ted Wed May 14 2008, 21:02 Web Reference: http://www.WOWnaples.com

If the deal has actually closed, any local REALTOR should be able to tell you.

You won't find for sure until the closing is done and the deed is recorded by the county clerk. But you could always ask the sellers or their neighbors. Ask the listing agent or the selling agent. One of them could let it slip ;-)
