My guess is you are looking for investors to purchase your home since you are listed as a home seller. This being the case you will get investors looking at your property two ways. First your real estate agent will have investors or know and network with other agents who have investors. The second way is your home needs to be listed in the MLS and at a price that would give an investor the ability to flip for a profit. If your home is over priced investors will not consider your property. With so much inventory on the market you need to be aggressively priced to attract investors because flipping in this market is not for the faint of heart.
