How do I cancel my listing with a realestate agent in Potter County Amarillo Texas?
due to no advertising and any outside interest other than prospective buyers that I the seller procured on my own what do i do to cancel this listing due to poor perfomance on the realstate agent to whom this property is listed?

I would put a good email together that lists all the issues you have, and ask for an unconditional release. I would send it to both the agent and the managing broker of the agency. However, If you found a buyer during the period you were listed, whether it was completely done through your efforts or not, you may have a fight on your hands. Start shopping for an attorney.
