Here's an idea....
I would be interested in hosting an Open House for you,
and I'm happy to advertise that here on Trulia for you (and other sites too!).
**I won't nag you about trying to List your home with me - I'm simply interested in networking with the buyers who come through your home. All offers would go directly to you.

If interested, lets chat!
I have many Open House signs/flags/banners to get your home viewed by as many people as possible. With my neighborhood announcement and internet advertising - you could start receiving nice offers right away.
Let's chat :)

Hi Sandoman,

Trulia does not list FSBO properties. You would need to contact a Realtor and they would have to do it for you.

You can get your FSBO home on Trulia by doing a "flat-fee MLS" listing through a broker. This "flat-fee MLS" listing will typically cost you a small fee upfront (under $100).

The broker will take the information you provide and list your home on the local MLS. Real estate websites such as Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com, and many more, get much of their data from the MLS and will pull the data in and display it on their websites.

Not all real estate websites are created equal (here is a recent blog post we did on the top 15 for real estate traffic): http://www.homecoin.com/blog/?p=237

The other upside to doing a "flat-fee MLS" listing is that agent's representing buyers will be much more likely to want to work with you. Unrepresented buyers might not have the comfort level of buying a FSBO home, so working with buyer agents can really help your home sell.

Hi Sandoman,
I only know how to add homes as a real estate broker. However, if you do find you need the assistance of a real estate professional, I would love to interview with you. We eat, breathe, sleep, dream real estate and more often than not, can get you the most money for your property. I am the owner of a boutique brokerage in Oceanside, so you are right in my area. Our rates are extremely competitive since we are not a "big box" brokerage with a lot of overhead.

OK I will get off my soap box, but feel free to call me if you need help!

Thanks!

In the top right hand corner of your browser should be your name on this website. Scroll over that and then scroll down to MY LISTINGS. Once there just click, ADD LISTINGS and from there you can create a new ad.
