The county records will not tell you if it was sold through a Realtor or a private party.

The best way to find out info is to go to the county clerks office and look up it up yourself as they have a room in washington county just for that purpose. Then you will have the truth, not 3rd party hearsay from poeple that just want to sell something.People in realestate do not tell you about Quit claim deeds or bulk REO sales that are going on in washington county as they try to buy them and resell at profit. You can learn alot down at the court house!

Cathy,

I suggest for you to call your local reputable real estate broker that you trust and ask them to look up that sold property. If it was sold by and agent, it would be in MLS automatically. Most MLS keep those records for 10 years past the date. Hope this helps!!! Sheri Mapes the Cincy House Expert

I can look it up for you no problem! It will take about 5 minutes. Send me an email with the property address & will will shoot back the info you have requested with details on where & how I found it. Most of the time the primary source for this type of info is the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This type of historical data is not available to the general public.

I can also send you a full "comparative market analysis" for your property if you would like.

No obligation. No hassles, I only want to help.

Hello Cathy,
Call a realtor in the area the home is located in and ask them to assist you. Let them know what you want or need from them. If it is just information you are seeking, tell the realtor honestly and straight forward what you want and why you want the information. If it is public information and there is no breach of ethics for providing the information the realtor will be glad to help you. If the home was sold by a realtor it should show up in their data base in the multi-listing system. Call Century 21 for "The Most Trusted Name In Real Estate". Have a great day!
