How can we find out which agents/brokers have been successful in selling condos in our area? We purchased and

moved into another home before selling our Copley condo. We havent devoted much time to selling our condo (we've never even put up a for sale sign...). There are a few condos for sale in our copley village community (kirkwall Drive). If we decide to list with an agent, we'd like to use one that has successfully listed and sold in our specific area. Can anyone help?

FIRST ANSWER
If you list with a REALTOR member of the MLS, you will have every successful agent selling for you. An agent can make a difference, but the fact that they sold more condos than another may have less to do with their competence than with the fact that they got a lot of condo referrals or focus their prospecting efforts on getting condo listings.
