Pricing is sometimes the most difficult point to come to terms with. Ask your Realtor to provide detailed CMAs for market conditions in your area. If you're still not satisfied with raw statistics, ask your Realtor to drive you around to at least see the outside of competing properties that fit your listing's criteria.
Ask your Realtor to make regular status updates with you at a frequency that works for you. Remember, you're the boss, and your agent works for you. Listening and following the advice of your agent, however, is in most cases, the best coarse of action if you want the property sold quickly.
