It is really difficult for you, esp with small children; toys and such.
Start by removing almost everything from the walls; a few good pieces of ART is Okay. This will make the rooms less personal and they will appear larger.
Repaint the walls a neutral color; no bright colors. Trim stands out if it's white against a darker color.
Furniture should be minimal and in good condition.
Eliminate all "clutter" like knick-knacks and famity pictures. A vase, a bowl, some flowers will be just enough.
Pack away all those magnets and pictures from the refrigerator. Don't leave all that "stuff" on the kitchen counters: Pack it away; you're going to move anyway.
You can stack boxes in the garage; that is fair. But a Storage Unit would be even better.
You are now temporarily living in the house; live a spartan life until you sell: You are now decorating for the BUYERs, not yourself.
Tell your Realtor that you will be out of the house, on ten minute's notice.
