Hello Tim,

I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know the road is complete now.
They also have 2 community pools finished, clubhouse and 2 ighted tennis courts.
They rea;;y have done a great job compared to what it used to look like.

Hello Tim,

Did you purchase your lot when they had the big weekend blow out?
They are redirecting and paving the road that goes through Water Ridge so it is unaccessible at this time.
I would wait until they have the road finished before putting it on the market.

It is a wonderful area in between 2 lakes!

Hello Tim,

I suggest that you hire a Realtor. Water Ridge is a great community. Is it lakefront?
To sell the lot it needs to be marketed properly to attract not only local buyers but also international ones.
