How can I get a scam "For Rent" off of Trulia???

Asked by Tim Johnson, Sebastopol, CA Tue Aug 13, 2013

A crook by the name of Christine I Willsey has posted my new listing as a FOR RENT. How can I get it off Trulia? There does not seem to be any "report violation" button anywhere..

no idea, but you can call Brian at Trulia Pro, he's my rep. at (888)568-6487 and maybe he would know. He helps me enhance my listings and account, so he would probably give you another number to call. But they are all really nice over there. Sorry to hear about the scam, that happens on Craigs list a lot on vacant properties. I've had it happen on mine a couple of times. Best wishes! Jennifer

Same thing happened to one of my listings. I contacted Trulia and the person who posted the ad to have it removed. It was done within 24 hours

That is a common scam that is going on for new listings. Contact trulia.
