How can I find the information on a real estate transaction. The names of the sell and buyer?

Hi Rose - You live in Doylestown. You can just go to the Court house to look up that information (Recorder of Deeds). It is public record, but It all depends when the property settled. It sometimes takes a few months (or even six) before the deed is actually recorded. If you would like to contact me I can look up the property address for you and tell you what is in the public records as of now. Judy

FIRST ANSWER

It will be recorded at the court house. In Florida our clerks of court have a website where all public, recorded information is posted and we can look there instead of going down to the court house.
