Hi Rena,
Looking for a listing agent is very much the same as looking for your family physician, extreemly important. My suggestion is to inverview several agents to figure out which one you are most compatible with. Most REALTORS have access to the same marketing but we all have very different styles and personalities so find the one that you could work with best. I hope this helps. If you have more detailed questions please feel free to contact me at vhasselberger@snet.net.

Thank you,

I am not in your market (disclaimer), however I do have two suggestions.
One is that the public perception that a "top listing agent" is the best agent for them may not necessarily so. For agents with high volume your home may not receive the attention an agent with fewer listings could provide.
Two is that there are really very few "top agents". Realtors that combine high volume with a high level of customer service. So interview carefully and select the Realtor that you trust has a goog plan and will execute it, while protecting your interests.

Good luck!

Rena,

I assume you're looking for the top selling agent in your area? If so, I'm not sure you can find accurate information publicly. If you would like, you can e-mail me at jessicabeganski@remax.net with your address and let me know whether it's a condo or single family and I can answer that question for you.
