Kw if all you are looking at is volume of properties sold you will probably find a REO listing aent. Due to the number of forclosed homes in most areas the agents with the greatest number of listings sold are normally listing properties for lenders on forclosed homes. The way these properties sell are pure price not marketing. Talk to a few agents in your area and decide who will do the best job marketing your home not just the one that tells you the highest price. A Realtor® can put your home on the market at any price you choose but some have a very good marketing plan and the tools to get the job done.

One of the things that I offer that helps set me apart is that you can have the pictures of a home sent to you web enabled cell phone when you call about a property. A tour of up to 99 pictures of the home while you are sitting in your car outside it. That kind of thing helps to sell a home!
