Easiest way to do it would be http://www.propertyshark.com

The hard way would be to go to the county clerks office in downtown Brooklyn and research that information. You con also subscribe to Propertyshark.com, but there would be a fee involved, or as stated in the previous answer go to ACRIS (go to http://www.NYC.gov and enter ACRIS in the search box).

The easiest and most cost effective way by far would be to contact a local and professional real estate agent and they can do the research for you and give you the information. If you like, contact me and I would be more than happy to do that for you.

You can go to Acris.com if you know the block and lot numbers. It's not a very friendly system but the most accurate. An other option is http://www.streeteasy.com . If you don't find all the information there, you might want to take a subscription to get more details, its only $10 a month.
