How can I find an investor to sell my home to so that I can rent back?

I am seeking an investor to buy my HERCULES property so that I can rent back. I have a beautifully maintained 3 BDRM 2-1/2 Bath home. I am looking for someone who wants to buy at short sale for great price and enjoy immediate rental income. I am motivated to commit to 2-3 year lease at a good rent to avoid disruption to school attendance for my children. No immediate maintenance or remodel expense for the buyer, no moving expense for me. A win-win! Quiet location in Hercules. A buyer will never have a problem renting this beautiful townhome in most desirable school location. Call my broker Oscar 209/609-6322. Our short sale package is already in the works. All we need is someone interested in a great investment!

Regina,
You might not find an investor to purchase your home and rent it back.
For the following reasons:
1. Investors are looking for properties that are 30% under market value.
2. Investors do not want to wait 8+ months to acquire a short sale.

I am confused! Why is this considered loan fraud? I genuinely cannot afford the current mortgage terms due to income reductions. I also genuinely need to sell. Are you saying that because I am the seller, a buyer is prohibited from later renting to me? (Even if the buyer is entirely unrelated to me, a complete stranger?) Isn't a new property owner entitled to rent to whomever he/she wants? I am not interested in being involved in anything illegal, so please elaborate? Thank you for your comment.

You are looking at loan fraud. I would delete this post.

Call my broker Oscar 209/609-6322. Our short sale package is already in the works. All we need is someone interested in a great investment! So you can rent back a property that you short sold. Just wait until the property authorities read this.

- I'd let Oscar know that he should be very careful.
