Zora,
If you go to my website I track the West Orange Market each month and post the charts. http://www.allebehomes.com I have all sold sales in West Orange as recently as March...going as far back as 2004.
The icon is on the bottom right of my site. I update these monthly. If you have any questions about the West Orange market or any other markets in that area I would be happy to assist you. Contact me any time.

Hi Zora
As you have seen from responses to your similar question in a different posting, the prices can range from the lower 200's to low/mid 400,000's. This is a very broad range. Many of the homes in that range were not on .50 acre - most were on smaller lots. I am sure you are aware that, for example, the same house in the Gregory section may sell for a different price than if it were in the Pleasantdale or St. Cloud section. As with any town, location can make a difference.

If you are looking to see how much your own home might be worth, then you need to have a Realtor prepare a market analysis of your home. I would be more than happy to help. There is no obligation on your part.

If you are looking to compare closed sales with a home you are thinking of purchasing, I can help you with that as well. I am very familiar with W. Orange, having lived there during my childhood - and still a resident of Essex County. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if I can be of help!
Good luck to you.............
Debbie
